We have had a week of birthdays. 1st Brent's birthday and then Giles'.Today we celebrated Giles' first birthday! We had his party a day early so Grandma could come. Giles' is so fun! He just started walking this week. He can even stand up without holding onto anything and walks around. Once he falls though, he just stays down and crawls the rest of the way. He is so happy and smiles all the time. We sure love you Giles!
Giles is sitting in his special chair opening presents. He didn't really care too much about the presents, but Gavin and Grace sure loved it.
The birthday boy got a little "Cozy Coupe" for this birthday. Everyone was in love with it! We crammed Grace and Giles inside while Gavin pushed them around. Fun for everyone, right?
Giles' loved his egg-free cake! The cake was actually pretty good (I was a little surprised considering it lacked eggs). It was crumbly... perfect for a one year old!
Giles basically ate his whole mini cake. He loved every minute of it!!
Brent's birthday was on the 12th. We had the G-parents over for dinner and the party. Gavin decorated the house. He even put streamers on Brent's night stand and alarm clock! He loves birthdays and spent hours decorating and getting ready for the party!
The hottest present at the party was the Nerf gun! This rapid fire Nerf amazed Gavin, Brent and even Grandpa!
The best part about it for Gavin is that it means that he basically has a new toy! He can't wait for his next Nerf War!Here is a video of our birthday boy!

He's amazing! Walking, climbing and riding around in his little yellow coupe. What more could a little guy want.
